Pick a search and the progress report, the candidates’ resumes and the Acertitude stamp are pulled from its SharePoint folder. Each resume is placed right after its candidate’s face page, the stamp is added to any first page that’s missing it, and the finished report is saved back to the search’s folder.
Choose the practice, then the search. The list shows the folders in that practice’s Active Searches.
The PDF exported from Invenias. The newest PDF in the search’s progress report folder is picked first. Face pages are found by their “Current Candidates” heading.
Resume PDFs are collected from the search’s candidate folder, including its subfolders, and matched to candidates by name. For example, MaininiLuca-Acertitude-Resume-2026.pdf goes with Luca Mainini.
The “candidate presented by acertitude” image. The search’s own stamp is used first, then the one in the practice’s Active Searches folder.
Check the name, the matched resume and the stamp preview. Where a stamp is added, it’s sized down automatically so it doesn’t cover any text.
The finished PDF keeps every report page in order, with resumes inserted after their face pages.
